ATTORNEY J. ANDREW TISDALE

Attorney J. Andrew (Andy) Tisdale obtained his J.D. from Florida State College of Law in 1999 having previously received a Th.M. from Harvard Divinity School in 1998, a M.Div. from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in 1994, and a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Georgia in 1989. A member of the State Bar of Georgia since 1999, he is licensed to practice in all Georgia state courts including the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

In 2006 Mr. Tisdale became a member of the Collaborative Law Institute of Georgia and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. He is a proud member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and in recent years has served as faculty for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education, a not-for-profit educational service of the State Bar of Georgia.

ATTORNEY BARRY NEAL MIDDLETON

Attorney Barry Neal Middleton received his J.D. Cum Laude in 2005 from the University of Georgia School of Law where he graduated with honors as a Law School Associate Scholar. He received a B.A. in Philosophy Summa Cum Laude from Freed-Hardeman University in 2002 where, among other distinctions, he was a member of the Alpha Chi National Honors Society and served as President of the Law Club.

Prior to joining Tisdale Law Firm, Mr. Middleton served as Assistant Public Defender for the Northeastern Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office in Gainesville, Georgia. While attending law school, he was an Intern with the Solicitor General’s Office for the State Court of Richmond County in Augusta, Georgia. Mr. Middleton also served as an Assistant Public Defender with the Augusta Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office.

ATTORNEY KRISTIN KOLE BLOODWORTH

Attorney Kristin Kole Bloodworth joined the firm after serving as a Judicial Clerk for the Augusta Judicial Circuit from 2009-2011. Kristin is a member of both the State Bar of Georgia and the State Bar of South Carolina. Ms. Bloodworth received her J.D. from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in 2009. While at Mercer, Kristin competed in the Emory Civil Liberties Moot Court Competition and the Georgia Intrastate Moot Court Competition. Due to her success in Oral Argument, Kristin was inducted into the National Order of the Barristers. Kristin earned a Certificate in Advanced Legal Writing, Research, and Drafting and was received the faculty award for Outstanding Achievement in Legal Writing. During the summer of 2008, Kristin was selected to intern with The Coca-Cola Company’s Legal Division, with a focus on corporate litigation, international contracting, and regulatory compliance.  Upon graduation, Kristin received the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers Outstanding Law Student Award.

Kristin also received a B.S. in History and Political Science Magna Cum Laude from the Women’s College of Brenau University in 2004, where she served as the Chair Justice of the Brenau Honor Court and became a graduate of the Leadershape Institute.
