There are three primary methods of resolving business disputes. Each method has its own unique process and benefits.

1. Mediation

3. Litigation

Litigation involves resolving disputes through the court system. This method is the most formal of the three and offers several advantages. Courts can enforce their judgments and provide a structured environment for presenting evidence and arguments. Litigation is often necessary for complex disputes involving large amounts of money or legal principles. Court decisions also create legal precedents that can guide future business practices.
